Health - MensHealth "Home Workout"

pressed for time? too lazy to get out and drive to gym? have 45 min to spare?

Well then this MensHealth home workout is perfect for you - personally I never believed in how a home workout could be as effective as a trip to the local gymski until I actually put myself through this one on Monday night. It was the first time in years that I actually think I thought I felt a stitch!!!
